- 125g Ricota Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Make a thin cut in half of the breasts, leaving enough space to fill them.
Combine the ricotta with the Parmigiano cheese and herbs, then use the mixture to stuff the breasts, and seal.
Place some slices of Iberian ham on a flat surface with which you will later wrap the chicken breast.
Be sure to wrap tightly to contain the filling. Place it on a tray and put it in the oven between 20 and 25 minutes.
You can accompany this dish with steamed vegetables and a glass of your favorite wine.
